MOS tube, is an abbreviation for MOSFET. MOSFET Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor, or Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor, MOSFET).
